These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peptia mobile application and the peptia.app website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Peptia
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Peptia, you represent that you are an adult and that any regimen you track has been discussed with or directed by a licensed healthcare provider.
2. What Peptia does — and does not — do
Peptia helps you perform calculations from values you enter, keep a personal log of injections you record, and view your own historical data. The Service:
- does not recommend, prescribe, suggest, or endorse any specific medication, compound, dose, frequency, or protocol;
- does not sell, source, supply, or facilitate the sale of any medication, supplement, or compound, and contains no vendor links;
- does not verify the accuracy of the values you enter; and
- is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
All calculations are provided for informational purposes only and depend entirely on the accuracy of the information you enter. You are solely responsible for verifying any result before acting on it.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the Service lawfully and at your own risk. You are responsible for the information you enter, for verifying all calculations independently, and for any decisions you make about your health. You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your regimen and any symptoms you experience.
4. Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that activities involving injectable substances carry inherent risks, and that decisions about such activities are yours alone, ideally made with a licensed clinician. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and from any actions you take based on information it provides.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation or information will be accurate or complete.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptia and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcomes, or other losses arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Peptia and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.
8. Third-party platforms
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's applicable terms in addition to these Terms. The website is hosted by a third-party provider. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms.
9. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Peptia is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
